Can't find device

Why can't I find and connect to my device?

First, try to set the device into Airplane Mode for 5 seconds. If the problem persists, reboot both devices and the internet router.

If you have multiple networks in your home, try to change between them and see if the app can find the device on any of them.

The following steps may help identify router issues: 1) On your network router, turn off AP isolation. 2) Check your router for any known issues and additional information. 3) Update your router's firmware.

If that fails, please check and verify whether there are any updates pending.
